King5 Seattle profiles our mill in Washougal, WA

Blankets come to life in a historic mill

Thank you to King5 in Seattle for this look at our Washougal, Washington mill–sister mill to our Pendleton, Oregon mill. This mill houses our carding and dyeing operations, and weaves the stripes, plaids, and solids, as well as finishing all the jacquard patterned blankets woven in Pendleton. It celebrated 110 years of weaving as a Pendleton mill in 2022, and is open for tours.

Washougal Store

Our Washougal Mill is next to our Washougal Pendleton store. It is housed in a historic building with wooden floors, high beams, and a general ambience of industry. It’s one of our favorite store interiors.
